Down with tradition

Dear friends,

I realize I started this tradition last year, and that you overachievers have been inspired by my example. Nevertheless, I need to ask you to stop having serious health issues that require surgery.

Going through LJ and my email from this weekend, I find that, beyond callistotoni's appendectomy, I see two friends having surgeries and a potential for one more.  Please, everyone, be well and stay healthy.
