Another WTF moment on the road

I was driving along 880 this afternoon, when I ended up behind a truck going really slowly. Like doing 45-50 when everyone else was going the speed limit (or higher). Eventually, I passed the guy. Why was he going so slowly? He was reading a paperback.

Seriously.

I've seen people read during rush hour, when the traffic is stop and go, and that was bad enough. Just reading and driving down the freeway? Gah! There are days I feel like "Where are the cops?" when I see stuff like that. (I'm not really getting down on the Highway patrol/police -- I know that 9 times out of 10 in these cases they are elsewhere doing something more important like dealing with an accident ...)
