While I'm on happy news,

 The landlords were by this weekend and let us pick out the color of the new roof, (Hooray! New roof!) And said that I (er, we) could pick the housepaint color, too, since that needs to be redone. Yay! I like decorating!

Also, we're the best tenants ever because we never call and bug them. :-)
